Expressing Yourself With Your Car | Part 2 | Detailing | Nano Graphene Coatings

Did you know that expressing yourself with your car can also mean how "well-groomed" your car is? (Just like you groom yourself before an outing or important occasion). I reckon this can be called mutual respect or a discreet way of saying, "I respect you, hence why I am well dressed for the occasion". So, I caught up with Ayesh Wickramasinghe who I've known for almost a decade, and we share the same love for cars and keeping things CLEAN! Ayesh believes that knowledge is key. He strives to educate literally all his clients on the concept of auto detailing and specifically on the concept of surface protection coatings. He addresses the issues from the misconceptions to how the concept is marketed falsely by certain installers - in many cases, it's due to the lack of knowledge in the industry.

It is paramount for Ayesh that he gives his clients unbiased, genuine, and sincere advice on the auto detailing industry while his goal is to ensure clients are well educated to understand what they are investing their money on.

THE STORY

Many years back, Ayesh was looking for a reliable place to have his car maintained on a weekly basis (quick detailing). Being disappointed by many service providers (who lacked consistency), it led Ayesh to venture into this industry. Also, he soon found a hidden passion - an eye for details for detailing, that he never saw in him before!

He thanks everyone who disappointed him for helping him find his calling in the market place.

One day, he thought he should open up his own shop doing car washes and detailing. Some serious research hours later, he stumbled upon a brand called Chemical Guys which represented his sentiments and with a massive product portfolio in the world of detailing. Guided by his spirituality (the Lord Jesus), he found the strength to begin his own detailing center and the rest is history!
