Although, I keep harping on the fact that you should be positive and avoid any negativity (in my articles), over the past few days I was overwhelmed by negative thoughts. It was such a painful realization to comprehend that no matter how much I tried, I kept falling down the spiraling stairs of negativity. Everything seemed to annoy me and I mean everything! Now I really understand what some of you may be going through. I guess we just need to go through the feelings without trying to suppress them or force ourselves to be positive (because sometimes, It is not that simple). Don't Force Positivity What I realized is that there are some situations where you need to let yourself go through all those negative emotions and not force positivity in there.
